Seesig is being developed in carefully planned phases, with each home thoughtfully designed to maximise natural light. Positioned to capture the warmth of the northern sun, some stands also offer spectacular views over the ocean to the south.
Phase 1 offers 70 prime stands. Choose between Full title or Life right ownership, giving you the flexibility to match your lifestyle and investment needs.
Seesig is a gated community with controlled access, an electrified perimeter fence and perimeter cameras for surveilance.
Groenkloof Seesig is a vibrant community for independent residents aged 50 and over, offering the freedom of your own home with the peace of mind that quality care is always close at hand. As needs change, a full range of care options is available – from short-term support to long-term care – along with essential services like a 24-hour panic button, emergency stabilisation, clinic access, personalised care planning, and admission to the Care Unit.
Healthy living is at the heart of life at Groenkloof, supported by balanced, and nutritious meals. A compulsory meal package of 10 meals per person per month is included, with the option to enjoy meals in the dining room or have them delivered to your home for a small fee.
At Groenkloof, homes are available on either Life right or a Full title basis. Life right offers the secure lifelong use of a home until the Life right is cancelled, while Full title means you purchase and own property through a standard Deed of Sale.
All homeowners, whether Life right or Full Title, automatically become members of the Homeowners’ Association. The Association maintains shared infrastructure, and ensures the village’s financial stability – promoting a strong sense of community and shared responsibility.
The communal facilities, planned for the upcoming development phases, are designed to enhance residents’s daily lives. These will include Homeowners’ Association offices, a lounge and meeting room, space for a library, a welcoming dining room, an on-site hair salon, and versatile recreational areas that encourage an active and social lifestyle.
Seesig will boast a Community Centre where residents can connect, socialise, and enjoy the activities of communal living. This shared space will create an environment that supports the heart of Groenkloof’s purpose — helping residents live retirement to the full by building meaningful relationships.
Upon completion, the Seesig retirement village will include a modern Care centre with a dedicated care unit, assisted living apartments, and a clinic.
In the meantime, Groenkloof residents enjoy preferential access to either the Groenkloof George or Great Brak River Care Units.
